Wedding Planning: 6 Months Until Wedding

It’s time for another wedding update! Time is seriously flying by but I am so glad I am making progress each time I write these little posts. I hope you are enjoying reading them because  I enjoy writing them. We are now officially less than 200 days away and there is still a lot to do but here’s a list of how my wedding planning is going right now!

Completed Since Last Post:

-Guest list is officially completed and Save the Dates have been sent!
-I bought my headpiece on Etsy and it is beautiful!
-We bought Miguel some shoes to go with his new tuxedo.
-I ordered our full invitation suite on Wedding Paper Diva’s
-I have decided on my cake baker but final details have not been decided.
-I also have decided on a videographer, and am in the middle of finalizing the contract.
-My bachelorette party planning is in full swing too! My sister and I have picked dates and locations!

To Complete By Next Post:

-I should have cake and video 100% completed.
-Bachelorette Party accommodations booked.
-Rehearsal Dinner venue booked – first I need to research them!
-Morning after brunch booked and menu chosen.
-Any large rentals that I need for the ceremony and reception booked.

A lot of the big stuff has been taking care of or is almost done and now it is just a lot of small details! Which can be less stressful but also at times more stressful than big stuff because there are so many small things to think about and decisions to make! I want everything to be perfect and just what I want, but I also sometimes just wish it was all picked ha. It will all be worth it in the end.

What questions do you have for me? Let me know in the comments!!

  1. Exciting!! 🙂 I loved my own wedding so much and enjoyed every second of it, even the planning. I’d love to plan another wedding and do a vow renewal. It was so much fun and I loved seeing all the details come together.
