Life Lately

Hi friends! Holy cow- life has been busy so I figured it was time for a life lately! I will be sharing just a few things that have been going on in our life and a couple of pictures. Enjoy!

Hiking/ Enjoying Spring Weather

We had some gorgeous weather during the beginning of the month and we took advantage of it by bringing out our outside furniture and going on a little hike at the state park down the road from our house. I had no idea there were so many beautiful views so close to home. I am looking forward to spending more time out on our deck because we just bought a new lounge chair 🙂

Hailie’s Bridal Shower

Last weekend I went back to home to attend one of my good friend from high school’s bridal showers (she also happens to be one of my bridesmaids too!) It was so great to see some friends I had’t seen for a while and the food was delicious and the decor was adorable!

Easter

Then last Sunday on Easter, I spent the day at my mom’s with my family. One brother is missing from the picture – he came later. It was a beautiful day and I made some pretty cute cookies.

Silhouette

I decided to order a silhouette printer and it came last week and I am in love! I made like 5 projects in the first three days I had it lol. I just keep thinking about all of the possibilities I can make with it. Hand painted signs, personalized decals and stickers, shirts – so many things with things one machine! I bought it so I could make my own signs instead of buying them and hopefully create some stuff for the wedding. But I am also open to taking custom orders of any kind if people seem to be interested in that (if you are, let me know).

Damian’s Birthday

This weekend, we celebrated Miguel’s nephew Damian’s 4th birthday at chuck-e-cheese. It was fun and it’s always so good to see him so happy!

Cassie’s Baby Shower

Later that day, I also got to celebrate at my friend, Cassie’s, baby shower. I am sad I didn’t get any pictures but I had fun and I am so happy for her and can’t wait for little Elodie to be here in a few short weeks – she is definitely already very loved!

Whew- that’s it! I’m hoping life slows down a little so I can get some of that Spring Cleaning I talked about done. (I haven’t done anything on my list because I haven’t found any time!!)
