One Pot Meal #25: Ham and Hashbrown Bake

Happy Monday!

I can’t believe I am already a quarter of a way to my goal of 100 Unique One Pot recipes here on the blog. I have a lot more ideas coming o fill up the rest of those spots!

Today’s recipe could be made for many different occasions, a brunch, a potluck, holiday, or just for dinner like we had it. I’m not going to lie, this is not health food! But it is creamy and tasty goodness that everyone will devour at the next get together you are at, I promise! We loved this meal and so will you! (And so so easy, even the most inexperienced can make this!)

Super Easy Cheesy Ham and Hashbrown Bake

What you need:

16oz of Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns
16oz of Diced Ham
1 can of Cream of Potato
8oz of Sour Cream
1/2 cup of Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2-1 cup of Cheddar Shredded Cheese
Black Pepper to Taste

What to do:

Combine all ingredients except cheddar into a large bowl and mix with a spatula.
Transfer to a greased 9×11 baking dish and cover with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.

Take out and enjoy! We did serve ours with green beans since we ate it as dinner, but a salad would be good as well.

Thanks for catching up!
