One Pot Meal #26: Goulash

Happy Memorial Day Monday, Friends!

I am currently enjoying a long 5 day weekend but still thought I would share another One Pot Meal. No, today’s meal does not include anything on the grill which is what I am sure most of you are doing today, so just save this meal for later when you need a good, hearty and filling meal because who doesn’t love goulash?

I think there are many ways to make goulash and ingredients vary slightly across recipes but I promise this one is super easy with no complicated steps and it will be on your table in no time!

One Pot Goulash

WHat you need

1 pound ground beef
1 chopped red pepper
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can of chicken broth
1 box of whole wheat elbows
1 can or corn
16oz of tomato sauce
About 1 cup of cheddar cheese

Black Pepper
Minced Onion
Minced Garlic
Larry’s Seasoning Salt (Optional)
Italian Seasoning

What To DO

Brown beef in large skillet over medium heat. Add seasonings and chopped pepper. Add chicken broth, tomato sauce, tomatoes, pasta, corn and stir. Cook for about 8-10 minutes before turning heat off and adding in cheese and stirring until melted.

That’s it! Seriously less than 30 minutes and it will feed a large family!

Thanks for catching up!
