Today’s meal is one that I have been making for years – it’s one of Miguel’s favorites and it is so so easy to make so it is a big win at our house. Plus I have it memorized by heart. There’s really not much to dislike about a chicken, bacon, ranch combo and throw in some potato and you’ve got yourself a dinner! This is another one of those recipes that you can literally throw in your crockpot – no precooking needed – and it cooks it all up for you. Use a crockpot liner and there is barely any clean up after either. My favorite kind of meals. Enjoy.
Chicken Bacon Ranch Crockpot Casserole
What you need
-A little over a pound of chicken – uncooked and diced into pieces
-One frozen package of tutor tots
-One cup of milk
-One cup of shredded cheddar (more is desired)
-One package of bacon pieces
-Ranch dressing for topping
What to do
-Line your crockpot with a liner.
-Place chicken, tator tots, cheese and bacon into crockpot and try to combine.
-Pour your milk over the top.
-Cook on high for 2.5-3 hours or until chicken is cooked through. (I stir once or twice).
-Dish onto plates and top with ranch dressing for serving.
That’s it! I hope you try this out with your family – and pin the image for later!
Thanks for catching up!
