Miguel and I both have a love for Chicken Caesar Salads. It’s probably the salad we opt for the most. So I started making a wrap version of them at home for our dinners and it was such good idea. This is yet again another super simple recipe where your crockpot does most of the work and then you just have to assemble. Go ahead try something new and easy for dinner – you and your family will thank you!
Crockpot Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps
What you need
About One Pound of Uncooked Chicken breast. I usually have a little more than a pound and I use skinless tenders.
One bottle of your preferred creamy Caesar dressing
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Tortillas of your choice. I used a whole wheat wrap.
A bag of Romain Lettuce
One pint of Cherry tomatoes. You can cut them in half.
What to do
Place your chicken and dressing in your crockpot (don’t forget the liner!) and cook on high 2.5-3 hours or how ever long it takes your crockpot. Once the chicken is nice and tender I shred it with two forks.
Now it’s time to assemble. Take your tortillas and scoop in some chicken, top with some lettuce, cheese and tomatoes and wrap it up (or leave it open like I did)! It won’t look perfect but it will taste yummy!
And clean up is super simple if you used a liner!
Let me know what you think and don’t forget you can pin these images for later!
Thanks for catching up!
