Happy Monday!
I started exploring the world of one pot meals over three years ago. I was still in college and starting to expand my recipe arsenal. Today’s recipe is one of those first one pot recipes I made and I’ve been making it regularly ever since! This one is definitely a keeper and you should make it for your family because I’m sure they will love it too!
Creamy Taco Hashbrown Skillet
What You Need
One Pound of Ground Beef
One Red Pepper Chopped
One Green Pepper Chopped
16oz of Frozen Hashbrowns
8oz of Fat Free Cream Cheese
Packet of Taco Seasoning
One Can of Tomato Soup
One Cup of Corn
About a Cup of Shredded Cheese of Your Choice
What to do
Brown beef in a skillet, add in peppers and continue browning. When the beef is almost done, add in your hash browns. Cook for about 5 minutes while stirring frequently. Add in your cream cheese and start combining. Before completely melted, add in your taco seasoning, tomato soup and corn. Combine until cream cheese melted. Add in your shredded cheese and stir until melted.
That’s it and you have an entire family dinner in one pot!
This creamy, taco goodness doesn’t disappoint.
Thanks for catching up!
