Hi Friends! Happy Monday. It’s the first One Pot Meal of October, but honestly it will give you all the Thanksgiving feels – because it combines stuffing mix and green beans in a dump and cook crockpot meal. If you have been craving a Thanksgiving meal but in an easy weeknight recipe – this is for you. This is popular at our house.
Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing Casserole
What You need
About 1 1/2 pounds of chicken tenders – cut into smaller pieces
A box of Stuffing Mix (it was about 4 cups)
1 can of green beans
8oz of sour cream
1/4 cup of milk
1 can of cream of chicken soup
what to do
Place all ingredients in slow cooker (don’t forget your liner) and cook on high until chicken done. This will depend on your slow cooker but mine is usually done in 2.5-3 hours if I have smaller pieces of chicken.
It doesn’t get much easier than that – but the result is a hearty home-cooked meal everyone will love! (If you like stuffing that is lol)
Thanks for catching up!
