Happy Monday and happy new meal day! Since it’s still not technically warm out, I think I can get away with one more soup recipe for the season. Plus it’s a white chili so that means it’s lighter right?? lol Either way, it’s super easy to make and doesn’t take much work from you at all. (Love recipes like that!) So here we go, my white chicken chili – made in the crockpot.
Crockpot White Chicken Chili
What you need
About 1 lb of uncooked Chicken Tenders
1 Green Bell Pepper Chopped
1 or 2 Jalepenos chopped
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can White Northern Beans
1/2 Cup Green Enchilada Sauce or Green Salsa
1 Can of Chicken Broth
Minced Onion, Minced Garlic, Pepper
What to do
Place all ingredients into a crockpot using a liner, and combine. Cook on high about 2.5-3 hours (until chicken done) and shred your chicken. Then you are ready to serve! Too easy! I topped with sour cream, tortilla chips and cheese but you can top with whatever you’d like!
I hope you enjoy!
