Happy Monday, friends! It’s meal time once again, and once again a super easy dump and bake crockpot meal. I spent this weekend purging our entire room/closet/bathroom so I needed simple for dinner last night and this fit the bill. Put this on your next meal plan!
One Pot Onion Chicken and Rice in the Crockpot
What you need
One Pound Chicken Tenders
One Can Cream of Chicken Soup
One Packet Onion Soup Mix1/2 Cup Milk
1 1/2 Cups Uncooked Brown Rice
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup Water
Minced Garlic and Pepper to Season
What to do
Place all ingredients into your slow cooker (don’t forget a liner) and combine. Cover and look on high for 2.5-3 hours and it should be done! If you’d like to cook it longer you may have to add more liquid. Also if you’d like to switch up the amounts of liquid you can do that too- as long as it equals 1.5 cups!
Serve and enjoy! Goes great with a salad or a frozen veggie pack.
