Today’s one pot recipe is a special one for number 70 because I’m sharing a one pot dessert instead of a meal! I didn’t realize there were desserts that could also be made in one pot, but once I made this I was amazed at how good it was. This is probably the easiest baked dessert you could make (with practically no clean up) and only THREE ingredients. You can’t go wrong with this one, trust me.
One Pot Peach Cobbler Dump Cake
What you need
One Box Cake Mix (White or Vanilla)
Two 15oz Cans of Peaches
One Stick of Butter
Vanilla Ice Cream for serving
What to do
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, spray a 9×13 baking pan with Pam. Pour half of the cake mix into bottom of pan and then top with both cans of peaches. Then cover with rest of cake mix. Slice your butter into thin slices and place evenly around your pan. Put in oven and bake for about 45 minutes. This is wonderful served warm right away with some ice cream, but it can be covered and eaten as leftovers as well. (I put a little piece in the microwave to get it warm again).
That’s it! Put these ingredients on your shopping list NOW.
I hope you enjoy this simple dessert – Pin this image for later so you don’t forget about it!
