Last weekend I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried a new meal that wasn’t like anything I’d made before. I like to mix things up and try new things so we aren’t eating the same things over and over (and Miguel appreciates this too) but I also like to keep it quick and easy. This recipe caught my eye and not only was it super easy, it was different and good too! Plus cream up is a breeze with a sheet pan dinner. Try this recipe out for the perfect Fall meal.
Apple Butter Pork Chops Sheet Pan Dinner
What you need
4 Boneless Pork Chops
1 Pound Package of Simply Potatoes diced potatoes
2 Apples (wedged)
About 4 Tbsp Apple Butter
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Rosemary
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
Salt and Pepper
What to do
Preheat oven to 425. Prep your sheet pan by covering with tin foil and spraying with Pam. Place your pork chops evenly around the pan and fill in empty space with potatoes and apple wedges. Top pork chops with about one tablespoon each of apple butter. In a small bowl, mix your olive oil and seasonings. Drizzle olive oil mixture over pan using a spoon. (You may need to drizzle a little more olive oil to finish it up if needed). Bake 25-30 minutes until pork chops cooked through.
Take out of the oven and enjoy!
