Claire AndradeTwo years ago, I married my best friend. The years are seriously just flying by and I can’t believe it’s been two whole years already. I look at our wedding photos everyday (on our walls, on our bedside tables, on my desk at work) and it just seems so recent.
In this year of our marriage, we made it through another holiday season, traveled to Atlanta (again), dealt with the worst winter (weather-wise) I’ve ever seen, we drove miles and miles around the midwest, we visited my favorite places on the world (Sarasota and Disney World) for the first time together, attended three weddings, went to Nashville, ate dinner on the deck countless times, made new friends, attended our first NFL game, had to use our home insurance policy – but got a new front door and a roof, completely made over our garage, grilled out more times than I can count, celebrated my 25th birthday and Miguel’s 26th. And so many more memories. And now, we are celebrating year two in another new city, Las Vegas with a fancy dinner out.
Our marriage is just getting started and I can’t wait to see what year three has in store for us – I know there are already big things on the horizon. I love you Miguel!
