Today I wanted to share a few of my favorite Fall recipes! While these could be made any time of year, they scream Fall to me and are perfect to get you into the spirit of the season. Does anyone else feel like if you don’t pause and enjoy it, the Fall season is over before you even realize it? Here’s a reminder to be intentional with your time and what you do to make the most of the Fall season and enjoy it while it’s here!

First up would be Miguel’s first choice for sure: Chili! We love chili at our house, and this is a one pot chili and so easy to make! Top with sour cream and cheese and served with a side of cinnamon rolls – yum! Perfect for cool nights!

Another super easy soup is my on pot Hamburger Vegetable Soup – definitely tastes different than the chili but so so easy (and quick) to make! We just made this last week and had lots of leftovers.

There’s nothing more Fall than pumpkin and my Pumpkin Pasta is so good! You may think pumpkin always needs to be sweet – but it doesn’t! Pumpkin can be savory! And this one pot pasta is sure to satisfy.

Another staple Fall recipe is Pot Roast! And this one cooks up all in your crockpot. Use a liner and you have beautiful Sunday dinner with minimal work 🙂

Apples are another staple Fall ingredient and these Apple Butter Pork Chops sheet pan meal is perfect! Easy prep and clean up and it is so unique!

And finally, for a sweet fall treat, I always make pumpkin chocolate chip muffins! I love these things. (Especially when they are chilled).
Pumpkin Muffins: I can of pumpkin, 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 box spiced caked mix combined and divided into lined muffin tin, bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes about 24 and are only 100 calories!

I hope you found some Fall recipe inspiration today!! Happy Wednesday!

Thanks for catching up!

  1. I just LOVE a good pot roast! I found my family doesn’t like the veggies and potatoes cooked with the meat though so I tend to just cook up the roast in the crock pot and make other sides to go with it.
